Aim

To train for and methods of organization for tools of job, interpersonal communication, entertainment and motivation of teams

Trainees

Any person who supervises one or several teams of production or service.

Program

Assess its Picture of one (0,5 day)

  - diagnose its language, its attitudes, its behaviour, its positioning ;

  - objectively measure its strength and his weaknesses ;

  - work out its individual plan of action.

Better communicate in professional situation (0,5 day)

  - (re)discover the techniques of communication ;

  - differentiate facts, opinions and feelings ;

  - play listening hurries up and reformulation.

Motivate its team and negotiate inside (0,5 day)

  - understand the levers of human motivation ;

  - discover the fundamentals of a maintenance of negotiation ;

  - fit to cases and to styles of negotiation.

To self manage and to organize its job (0,5 day)

  - diagnose its style of management, surround points to be corrected ;

  - manager in practice : identify, discover, follow, plan, manage preferences and emergency, organize and fasten information.

Play individual animation (1 day)

  - identify and treat cases of individual discussions ;

  - define a perimeter of responsibilities, a function ;

  - fix objectives, motivate and control, facing conflict ;

  - insert a collaborator, accompany him, follow him.

Method

The trainees advance thanks to the identification of their practices : puts in situation, simulation of cases, games of roles...

Time and place

3 days, nonstop or intermittent, on Customer's site or on an external site.
