With discretion, Cap Management advises and assists the client in the search and integration of its employees, whether managers, supervisors or employees.

Cap Management :

  - defines the mission of the post and its environment.

  - prepare the profile of the candidate (knowledge, know-how, behaviour).

  - develop the media plan, with choice of media releases and websites (pure recruitment) or determines the criteria for the direct approach ("search").

  - supports the sorting of letters of motivation and C. V.

  - conducts telephone interviews and then physical with pre-selected candidates.

  - proposes candidates best placed to make a Autoportait © (proprietary method) and describes them with the results of their work.

  - monitors their training skills, professional achievements and references.

  - provides a synthesis of interviews and self-portrait of each candidate on the short list, in order to prepare meetings and interviews with the client.

  - assists the client in its proposals for salary. 

  - follows the integration of the final candidate in its new structure.

Cap Management provides the Customer the result of his intervention for a period of two to twelve months depending on the position and application type.
