Program

Identify situation and diagnosis (0,5 day)

  - accomplish the auto-diagnosis of its style of management ;

  - measure objectively his force and his weaknesses ;

  - assess his capacity of calling into question and its determination.

 

Develop a realistic and motivating (0,5 day)

  - express its rationale ;

  - formulate its objectives (concrete, specific and measurable), set priorities ;

  - capture the sources of motivation.

 

Identify resources and facilities (0,5 day)

  - communicate differently in a meeting, conversation, negotiation ;

  - develop self-confidence and assertiveness (assertive) ;

  - simplify its personal organization ;

  - plan its delegation.

 

Build and implement a plan of action (0,5 day - 2,5 days according to objective)

  - determine the contents;

  - fix commitments ;

  - identify barriers ;

  - define indicators of success ;

  - communicate on : preparation, launch, monitoring, results.

Method

Active observation (information, listening, questioning, restatement), interviews, highlighting the relevant points, accompanying conditions, training in case histories or predictable, telephone follow-up.

Time and place

2 - 4 days (in continuous or discontinuous sequences), on-site or external customer.
